Source, dated 19 Feb 1892, is a summons for Carey Downey to appear in Rush County court at request of William M. Newbold who is administering estate of his mother, Louisa J. Newbold. [S85] . Source states that George C. Downey married Rebecca H. Newbould on 3 October 1867. Source also give date of death as same for both George and Rebecca. However, it says George died in Howard County IN. Rebecca's tombstone is in Rush County.
