This date most likely means place of birth is Kentucky. Her middle name may be Jane vice Frain. [S194] 267. I believe this is the same individual as "Mary Jane Newbold" listed as getting married to Solomon Sowder by Rushville marrige records and Indiana State marriage records. [S184] Book 7, p. 115. In a para about Francis Newbold's Will, is listed a daughter 'Mary J. Southworth'. Seems to reinforce that here name was Mary Jane, not Mary Frain, but confuses issue of husbands name, Souder or Soudworth? [S197] .
